INFORMATION

Travertine is a calcareous sedimentary rock which has been much used in Rome since 1000 b.c
It's natural color varies from milky white to walnut.
The palest, softest and most porous travertine is mined from "delle fosse" quarry on the plains of San Clemente in Tivoli. Lorenzo Bernini chose this quarry for the mining of the travertine used to construct the celebrated colonnade of Saint Peter's Square in Rome.

DESIGN

A precious collection of exclusive lathe-turned "T2" lids inspired by ancient cubic capitels with a registered design.
All lids are numbered one by one and are handcrafted by Italian artisans. The product comes in an elegant gift box.

USEFUL TIPS

The material used, being completely natural, can present differences in shades and color that make the product even more unique.
Due to the porous nature of marble, if it comes into contact with the essence it is advised to immediately clean it with a cloth.
